When children learn the importance of physical fitness at an early age, the impact it can have in their older years is priceless. Likewise, the time that a parent spends with his or her young ones creates a lasting bond that builds the foundation of a strong family. Zen Family Yoga classes are a fun way for the whole family to experience yoga. There are many benefits gained from the practice of yoga and adults aren’t the only ones who can benefit from the health benefits and calming effects of yoga. Zen Family Yoga class is different than your typical class designed for adults. There won’t be lengthy meditation or complicated poses or sequences. These classes will be child focused and fun.
Classes are offered on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at 8:30am for ages 2 on up. Classes are approx. 1 hour long and include yoga fitness, mediation, snacks, and networking.
